Hulupala gets together with Great Hawaiian Homes

As we rebuild the Great Hawaiian Homes website http://www.GreatHawaiianHomes.com, we have moved some things around and added in new pages to Hulupala at http://www.Hulupala.com .  There are dozens of buttons and links spread throughout the web to help people interested in buying or selling Hawaii Real Estate from anywhere in the world...except Cuba...go figure.  Great Hawaiian Homes Link Logo Button  Gayle Fujita Ramsey and Mike Ramsey Fujita are Realtor-Associates in Hawaii.  Mike is the Vice President for Realty Executives Oahu, and they as a team help Buyers and Sellers of Hawaii Real Estate.  They also train New Realtors on how to "Be a Realtor in Hawaii" and help existing Realtors get back on track in today's market.

Great Hawaiian Buyer's Rebate

This is a link to our Buyer Client Rebate Page.  At Realty Executives Oahu, Gayle and I are on the 100% Commission Program, as are most of our Realtors.  What this does for us is give us extra money that most Realtors don't have access to for Advertising Client's Properties and Rebate Programs that help our Buyer Clients and their families.  We believe in giving back to our community and clients in anyway we can.

Sell your home for a 1 percent Seller's Agent Commission. The way we help Sellers of Hawaii Real Estate is by offering a 1% Seller's Representation Commission.  We always suggest that Sellers offer a 2.5% to 3% buyer's Agent Commission so other agents will want to show their properties.

If you would like to take a look at Honolulu,Hawaii Relocationvisit our Hawaii Relocation page and scroll down to the bottom.  You will find a bunch of buttons that will take you all over the island.

Please feel free to call us at anytime at (808) 630-1828 if you would like to get fast information about Hawaii's Real Estate Market.  You can also email us at Mike@GreatHawaiianHomes.com.  We will see you on the beach!
