Here are the first quarter stats for Honolulu Single Family Homes & Condos.  Median sales prices are down just about 1%, and the amount of properties that sold are down by 22% from one year ago.  People in Hawaii, like the Mainland, have been waiting for the Real Estate Market to find its bottom.  The likely hood of interest rates going up over the next 12 months is high and the increase will probably off set any foreseeable decrease in prices of single family homes and condos on the island.  It is a great to buy Real Estate in Honolulu County as inventory is high and interest rate are still near all time lows.  See you at our next Open House!
