Hawaii's Best Realtors

You know, it's a funny thing.  I have always said that if a company or small business has to say the words, "We're the Best..." then they probably are not. 

Being the best comes from extending professional service to your clients.  It comes from going above and beyond for every single one of them.  It comes from maintaining familiar and friendly relationships with everyone in the local Real Estate Community.  It comes from returning messages and emails quickly.  It comes from NEVER making someone feel like they are bothering or interrupting you.  It comes from closing deals for your clients so they can start a new chapter in their lives. 

It comes from, and this is the most important one, loving and respecting all people and loving what you do.

Our clients are the reason we work so hard as Realtors.  If you are going to call yourself a Realtor, then you should expect from yourself to be the best.

Think about it.

Thanks for the post Michael & Gayle! I like your post. You really have to be able to back your words up with actions like you mentioned especially if you claim to be the best! I used to be in advertising and I always tried to get the car dealers to stop saying "best serivce, best prices, blah blah blah. They all say it and they all cant be the best. I believe as you said, it is proven by your actions, not your words!

Thank you Susan- Most people can talk the talk, and this is true in all service industries, but those that can and DO walk the walk are few and far between.  We rely on our reputations to get the word out about who and what we are and do.
