There are transactions that come along, ever now and again, that make you want to pull your hair out! The ones where the other agent has no clue and you end up doing all of the work because that is what it's going to take to get it done for your client. There are the transactions where the other agent has no clue AND is rude as hell! Then there are the transactions where the other agent is a non-communicator, in what could be a simple transaction now feels like you're walking around in a fog!
Time and time again, we have found that by simply being the professional and not letting emotion or basic instincts of lashing out come into play, deals are saved. Remember that once an offer is accepted, everyone should be and, we HAVE to assume, ARE working tword one common goal. Closing on time.
There are those times when problems come up and one party is trying to trash the deal. That is when you talk with your broker, and that is another post.

The high ground is always the best route to take, but GOD is it sometimes hard! Especially when you get one of those agents on the other side who is a combination of things....doesn't return calls, is rude AND doesn't have a clue!
Thanks for the post!

Thanks Bob! For a moment there I thought I was the only one who goes through this! AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT WOULD MEAN!!!! I would have been the clueless one! But I now know that that is not the case...well for the most part...sometimes...
