Have you ever been to a shop or a store where the staff looks like they would rather be home in bed? Ever asked one of these "Professionals" a question only to get an, "Oh, I'm not sure." for the reply? How about the, "Oh, I'll find out for you." only to realize that a week later you still do not have the answer you were looking for?
In this day and age of cell phones, PDA's and Lap Tops we have the ability to get answers at lightning speed. If our client asks a question at a showing, get on right there and then and get him or her the answer NOW! All clients want to know that you are excited to be working with them and able to get the job done and done well.
