Mike, Gayle, to me it seems buyers are waiting for the rates to go up and try to catch the bus/boat/train...lol.
(Never understood why they behave this way, but they do!)
I am afraid that these people will be the ones talking about how they missed the Real Estate Market of 2011/2012 in 2025!!! Todays market is like Gold at $675 and ounce or Google $47.50!
